Jackson, Miss – Richard Ben, age 33, of Choctaw, Mississippi, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Hentry T. Wingate to serve 84 months in federal prison followed by five years of supervised release for armed robbery, U.S. Attorney Gregory K. Davis announced today. The offense occurred within the boundaries of the Tribal Lands of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians.
